International Luxury Retreat Center: Creating Story-Driven Short-Form Video
Translating deeply experiential, high-value human transformations into 9:16 narrative.
The Challenge
This luxury retreat center creates deeply transformational experiences, but transformation is difficult to communicate through traditional marketing. The challenge was to develop a content strategy that captured the emotion, purpose, and impact of each experience while building trust with prospective participants across digital platforms.
The Strategy
Anchor every reel in raw human emotion within the first three seconds — respecting mobile psychology instead of fighting it.
The Execution / My Role
Directed and produced the reel series: developed visual concepts, scripted narrative hooks, and led remote/on-site editing teams and platform-native distribution.
Creative Leadership
For this body of work, my role extended beyond content creation. I led the creative process from concept through distribution, developing story ideas, scripting narrative hooks, directing production, collaborating with remote and on-site teams, editing final deliverables when appropriate, and optimizing content for platform-native performance.
